Area Coordinators for Alumni Homecoming

These are the assigned Area Coordinators, supposedly foremost responsible in the collection of alumni contact information in their area (apart from other "Coordinating" activities).

  • Shelby de la Paz (0916-216-5492; Sdelapaz[at]isot[dash]asia[dot]edu[dot]ph: Metro Manila
  • Sandra Angway (0919-231-4977; sandraangway[at]yahoo[dot]com): Baguio/ La Union
  • Jojit Abrera (09153028611, 09198422479; jhet[underscore]042679[at]yahoo[dot]com[dot]ph): Pangasinan
  • Clarice "Melon" Bautista (09193251358;clarice[underscore]bautista[at]yahoo[dot]com): Visayas, Mindanao, and abroad
Please coordinate with them and help them out, especially in building our database. Jojit, in spite of his very busy schedule has already submitted a good list (Cheers! Jojit!). Shelby (who is getting ready to be Mrs.), just very recently, was apparently caught unaware of her being chosen for the task, so I guess we'll have to give her time to let that sink in. It's just in time though, because much of the roster in her wedding guest list are probably Campus Crusade for Christ Alumni (that is an assumption). Sandra very gracefully volunteered for the task after the unavailability of the previously chosen AC. Melon, nakulit na ba kita?

Ate P.I., our beautiful Over-all Coordinator has been sending equally beautiful forwarded messages for the past weeks ( I guess she figured, it was a better way of making "sundot" than making an outright follow-up like, "Kumusta na yung collection ng contacts for the Alumni Reunion?" to which she would not be responded to encouragingly anyway :)).

Here's a message she sent this morning (September 18, 2007):
What I really needed was the deep ocean of God's love, and the high mountains of His truth within me. His wisdom had depths and heights that neither the ocean nor the mountains could contain and that could not be compared with jewels, gold, or precious stones. Christ is wisdom and He is our deepest need. Our inner restlessness can only be pacified by the revelation of His eternal friendship and love for us. - Margaret Bottome, Streams in the Desert
